Refund policy

Art is Life Studio accepts returns for eligible items.  You can receive a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.  There is a $10 flat rate shipping return fee for all returns. 


How to Submit a Return Request:

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
   1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
   2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
   3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

There is a $10 flat rate shipping return fee for returns. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund onto the original form of payment. Any items that are marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Items not eligible for returns include gift cards and final sale items (any item offered with sale or clearance pricing).

If you would like to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item and place a new order. We will refund you for the returned item once it has been received.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Please note that credits may take up to 10-14 business days to appear on your statement.  Refunds can only be administered to the card used to make the original payment. For further assistance, please email us at artislifestudioshop@gmail.com
