Refunds & Exchanges

 Return and exchange policy

Art is Life Studio accepts returns for eligible items.  You can receive a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please email us at artislifestudioshop@gmail.com for a return label. There is a flat rate $10 return shipping fee for returns. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund onto the original form of payment.  Refund shipping costs are non-refundable. Any items that are marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Items not eligible for returns include gift cards and final sale items (any item offered with sale or clearance pricing).

If you would like to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item and place a new order. We will refund you for the returned item once it has been received.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment less the shipping fees. Please note that credits may take up to 10-14 business days to appear on your statement.  Refunds can only be administered to the card used to make the original payment. For further assistance, please email us at artislifestudioshop@gmail.com
